AUTHOR GUIDELINES FOR ARTICLES PREPARING

Abstracts are limited to 4 pages; full papers are limited to 15 typewritten pages including tables, figures, and references.
Abstracts and full papers are to be typed using Microsoft Word in Times New Roman, 12 pt, single space. The abstract section should be printed in 11 pt italic type. Please use page size A4.
Margin settings: top and bottom – 20 mm; left and right – 25 mm; first-line indent – 10 mm.
Please do not insert page numbers.
Title should be typed in capital letters of 12 pt bold type.
The title should be followed by a list of authors. Authors should be listed with their affiliation, address, phone number, and e-mail, starting with the presenting author.
There should be one-line interval between the title and the list of authors, the authors and the abstract, the abstract and the text.
UDC should appear in 11 pt on top of the first page.
Abstract (full paper) must contain a brief description of the objectives of research, the methods used, and an analysis of the results obtained.
Formulas, equations, etc. must be produced using Microsoft Equation 3.0. Font size settings for formulas: variable – 12 pt; capital indexes – 10 pt; small indexes – 8 pt. Formula numbers are given in round brackets; footnotes, in square brackets.
Figures, each having a number and a caption below, must be presented separately from the text.

Deadline for submitting abstracts – July 31.
Abstracts (full papers) must also be provided in electronic form on a CD and in hard copy (1 copy) signed by their authors. These are to be handed to staff at the registration desk.
Abstracts shall be published by the beginning of the Symposium, but full papers shall become available after its end (as is decided by the Organizing Committee).
